Our classes

Be Still Movement classes aim to build strength and resilience – physically, mentally and spiritually. 

Our Christ-centred movement & meditation classes – currently running across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore – use the physical movements of yoga, which are designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance. 

We incorporate breathing exercises and mindfulness prompts, along with a short relaxation/meditation session at the end of class, which helps calm the nervous system and promote mental and emotional health.

Our classes also nurture spiritual health by giving the opportunity to dwell on biblical wisdom and connect with God, for those who would like to. Otherwise, participants can simply choose to focus on their breath. 

When practiced regularly, these classes can improve your overall wellness and approach to life, helping you feel more calm, centred, positive and strong in the midst of daily life and challenges.

$25 for a casual group class

$235 for a 10-class pack
